Conference fees

For participating in the conference event the potential participants should pay conference fee in accordance with information presented below:

	Participants from Ukraine	Participants from Russia and Belarus	Participants from other countries
Full delegate	600 UAH	2400 RUB	60 EUR
Ph.D. students and students	300 UAH	1200 RUB	30 EUR
Publication without attending conference events	90 UAH	360 RUB	9 EUR

Conference fee should be paid before the payment deadline (August 15, 2013) via bank transfer to the IMC NASU corresponding account (download payment information).

Full delegate conference fee includes:

- conference pack (program and proceedings on CD)

- accessories (badge, folder, pen, paper notebook)
- coffee breaks (in session days)
- lunches (in session days)
- supporting materials and costs on organizing the events

- serving the conference halls and technical support of conference

Publication without attending conference events conference fee includes:
- proceedings on CD,
- postal mailing costs.

NOTE

For the participants from Ukraine payment in national currency (Ukrainian hryvnia) is ONLY available. For participants from other countries the payment in Russian roubles (recommended for participants from Russian Federation and Belarus) or in Euro could be processed.

In accordance with Ukrainian laws, all conference fees should be supported by an agreement between participants (or participants’ employer) and organizer (IMC NASU). For filling agreement the Organizing Committee has need to participant personal information, such as passport data (series, number, issuing data) and taxpayer identification number. According to aforementioned requirements, each participant should send full required information and scanned copy of conference fee payment receipt (for real-time control of payments) to conference e-mail (vms2013@ukr.net).
