For attending the conference the follow filled documents  should be sent to conference e-mail (vms2013@ukr.net) before registration deadline (June 30, 2013): 

• registration form. For participants from Ukraine a registration form filled in Ukrainian, for participants from Russia and Belarus – in Russian, for participants from other countries – in English. A title of presentation and author(s) filled in original language

• extended abstract(s) in Ukrainian, Russian or English; text should not exceed 3 pages of A4 formatted according to requirements presented in a template

NOTE! Maximum of 2 presentations could be accepted from each participant!!!

• summary in original language up to 600 symbols including spaces. For proceedings written in Ukrainian or Russian the English version of summary is also required (in the same summary.doc file) 

All documents should be created by MS Word software using attached templates and saved in *.doc format ONLY. In a title of a file it is necessary to include participant’ surname and document type in a follow way:

Registration form – Surname_reg.doc,

Abstract - Surname_abs.doc,

Summary - Surname_sum.doc

NOTE! Documents which will be sent in *.docx format will be rejected from registration and publication processing
